low carb high protein mini pizzas

This was SO yummy.  Pizza is a good way to go for getting most food groups all at one time.  Oh yum!


Ingredients Calories Carbs Fat Protein
Joseph’s – Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Mini Pita Bread, 2 Pita 100 14 2 10
Essential Everyday – Shredded Natural Mozzarella Cheese, Low-moisture, Part Skim, 1/4 cup 80 1 6 7
Hormel – Pepperoni Slices- 7 oz Bag, 14 slices 140 0 13 5
Prego – Spaghetti Sauce Flavored With Meat, 1/4 cup 40 7 1 1
Total: 360 22 22 23


Yeah, seriously, its really a very filling meal even if it doesn’t look terribly large.  I forgot to add spinach on it, which I would have enjoyed, but this was really good as is.  I could have gotten away with less sauce (fewer carbs) and less pepperoni (which would have been less fat but also would mean less protein.)
